- Sonja McShane Added October 11, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★My mum's been here for 8 months and loves it. She is always saying how lucky she feels. The people are fabulous and really do go above and beyond. Whenever I'm in touch with the staff, nothing is too much trouble. We're very happy mum is there.
- DDCUA Umpires Added October 10, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★We placed our Mum into care at Menarock Life Upper Gully. Sadly she was only there a day and passed away. I cannot believe how lovely all the Management and staff were, when the funeral directors came to
take Mum they made a guard of honour as we left. I wish we could have all got to know each other better. - Belinda Vandyk Added October 01, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Mother in law is in the Ferntree Gully centre. She had had seizure which apparently caused her to fracture her arm and dislocate her shoulder. She did not receive adequate care. It took 4 days for her to get an Xray and during that time she did not receive any extra pain medication. On top of that the manager completely mishandled the situation and was deceitful.

Yesterday he turned 90 and the staff could not have been more wonderful, they did everything we asked for and more, he had a absolutely wonderful day. Thank you to all the staff, and a special thanks to Paige and Lisa ❌❌❌
