  Within the last year, this post office has become absolutely horrendous. Never in my life have I ever had so many issues with Australia Post. Just to name a few issues:
  
  -Lost parcels. It took a parcel of mine ONE WHOLE MONTH to be delivered from Narre Warren to Ferntree Gully... and that was express post as well. This has happened three times now in the past 2 months!!! They have never once delivered on time. I'm PAYING for them to deliver to me!
  
  -Parcels never get dropped off at my door because 'no ones home,' I study online full time, I AM ALWAYS HOME!!! They don't even attempt to come to my front door and knock or leave a slip, which leaves me to have to go to the post office myself and pick up the parcel. What if I was elderly, or needed medication with no way to get to the post office? The fact they are lying about no one being home because they are too lazy to drop the parcel at the door and do their job astounds me.
  
  -Rude customer service. Ever since new management I have never been treated as community, only as a stranger despite coming to this post office multiple times a month for YEARS. She always interrogates me for not having a drivers license... I do not have a car!
  
  I have voiced my concerns so many times this past year and nothing has changed. You're better off mailing to a different suburb, because the hassle I have with every single one of my parcels since the new owners is not worth it.

  The two ladies working here were incredibly helpful over the phone and in person when I was checking on a parcel that had come to my place but no card left to say where it was. They tracked it, gave me an estimated time and then an update when I arrived just prior to their closing time and then remembered me when I came to pick it up and the name on the package with smiles - without me having to say anything!
  Super friendly and went out of their way to help.
  And I saw them going out of their way with another customer while I was there and they were just as helpful and friendly to her.

  Some terrible reviews here but that must have been a previous owner. I had a great experience today with the two ladies working there who were very helpful with an application form that initially couldn't be processed. Filled the form out again for me which was a long process.

  Come here if you want to be treated in a horrible way. Went to collect a parcel and was refused even though I had 2 lots of proof that my parcel arrived. No I'd no parce. This man in nothing but rude whenever you go. Even if you treat him with kindness and respect. I have formally placed a complaint to Australia post for the way I was treated and keep getting treated. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, as no one deserves to be treated like this. I get if you need ID if you have no proof, but when you come in with 2 lots of proof, forget about it. I never EVER have this problem anywhere else but here! I recommend you go else where..

  Amazing Post Office ever!! They served me so well. One friendly lady even helped me to pack my stuff nicely. All I needed to do was just writing down the address!

  Such lovely customer service. A pleasure to visit. A real standout in this day and age when certain other local post offices have such horrendous service.
