- aileen lim Added February 25, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Agree with previous review from Tim. Given a 3 hour period for a visit for a quotation. Never heard a doorbell or a knock on the door. Called my mobile, returned the call immediately, no answer after 4 calls and 1 voice message. Called head office. Was told I have to re-booked. Lady on phone was dismissive and will not accept my account of what happened. Extremely disappointing service since I had a recommendation to them. Decided proceed with an alternative provider were very much more professional than this organisation.
